Latin culture has a new voice. Norka Luque appears to be the fresh new face of Latin America. This time, however, Latin America has a face that is connected to a Venezuela star. This is rare because many of the people that have represented Latin culture in American have actually been American born artists.
Norka could have easily pulled in the hot producers in American culture and quickly became a success in America. She wants to reach American crowds, but she did not want to abandon her Venezuelan roots. Norka has made it clear that she has her heart in Venezuela and her first mission in music is to encourage uplift all of those that are trying to heal in Venezuela.
Norka Luque considers it a blessing just to be alive. She has become someone that is able to embrace so many things in Latin culture. It only seems right that she is representing Latin America through her music. She is sexy, but she is also a woman of great faith. She is playful and energetic. Norka is compassionate and eager to soar in the music industry. All of these elements to her character have made people see the value of her rise for stardom. They can see that Venezuela is a place that produces talent. This is what Norka wants, and she also desires to present herself with a rich Latin sound. The salsa fad may be something that goes in and out of American pop culture, but this sound never leaves Latin culture. That is why she wanted to put a salsa mix of her singles out there for her Venezuelan natives to enjoy.
She has also spiced things up with her urban feel to her singles as she added a rap remix to “Milagro.” She is turning up the heat and giving people the chance to see her many different sides as she works on her album.
No artist – even one that represents Latin culture – wants to be pigeonholed into a certain type of sound. An artist like Norka Luque wants to be able to expand her audience as she pleases. She wants to have the type of sound that breaks beyond what is expected from her cultural influences. Find Norka Luque on Facebook to learn more.

Securus is the best thing that ever happened to our family once my brother went to jail. He is a in a special program for drug use, and he could be there for up to four months. We have been using it for just a week, but it has given us more than one phone call that was perfect. I have their app on my phone, and we have made video calls to him in jail. They are very clear calls so we can see how he is doing, and we are also very happy that we can do it all together.
The next thing that people need to realize is that we are making secure calls. It is really nice to know that we are on a secure line and have the privacy that we would have had when we were actually in the jail. This makes life easier for everyone, and we do not have to feel like we are going to be talking about family business in front of a bunch of people. We know that Securus respects us as people, and we also want to make sure that we can just talk when we call in. Securus makes it easy, and we can see that we are on a secure line when we start using the app on my phone.
Stay up to date with Securus on Linkedin.com.
We can call in at just about any time to see him, and we get a very clear picture of him so that we can see how he is doing. We can be sure that he safe, and we can keep talking to him until he gets out.

I recently read a very interesting article about the fast growing career of compliance officers. The field has recently seen the growth of 10 percent a year and universities are creating degree programs for the occupation. The growth is tied to the regulations that were implemented due to the 2008 financial crisis. An officer who can assess the conduct of a company has become a necessity.
The role of a compliance officer is to make sure that the company is aware of and operating within the bounds of current regulations. This individual can recognize breaches of regulations, resolve the offense and ensure that it won’t be repeated.
An ideal compliance officer has a background in law or accounting and must have the ability to form good relationships with coworkers.
Helane Morrison is a dynamic woman. I was impressed by her education and her extensive experience. Morrison earned a B.S. from Northwestern University for Journalism and a Doctorate of Law from the University of California at Berkely School of Law. I was impressed by her accomplishments, she clerked for Supreme Court Justice Harry A. Blackmun and U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Richard A. Posner. Morrison made partner at the law firm of Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk and Rabikn in just five years. This was followed by an impressive career in the San Fransico office of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Morrison ran the San Fransisco division of the SEC and held the titles of Regional Director and District Administrator. Morrison successfully enforced regulations. Under her leadership charges were brought and convictions received against Republic New York, Dean Witter, and California Micro Devices.
Since 2007 Helane has been employed as the Managing Director, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Hall Capital Partners LLC. Morrison is also a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Morrison holds positions on the Board of the Regional Parks Foundation and the Hedge Fund Subcommittee of the American Bar Association. FreedomPop deserves great kudos for its innovative practices. The Los Angeles budget mobile phone/data company has come up with an excellent new idea: zero-rated service for WhatsApp users.
How does that work? Basically, even if the a FreedomPop user’s data is depleted to absolute zero, the user can still access WhatsApp. No one every has to be out of the WhatsApp loop.
FreedomPop does understand that each and every market is different. In the United States and the United Kingdom, simply offering a tremendous deal on mobile service and data was more than enough to draw in scores of customers.
In Spain, a little extra work needed to be done. Tapping into the popularity of WhatsApp was necessary in order to connect better with the Spanish consumer base. Since FreedomPop does not employ a generic marketing approach in every marketing as the management of the company realizes this would not be a wise path to take.
FreedomPop, however, has not signed any specific partnership agreements with WhatsApp or its parent company Facebook. Honestly, FreedomPop doesn’t have to form a partnership just to exclude users from data charges on apps.
Spain is the prized third market FreedomPop wants to enter. The territory could prove to be a lucrative one. Since 70% of mobile customers in Spain are active with WhatsApp, it is no surprise FreedomPop wants to keep these potential customers happy.
Venture Beat has the whole story on FreedomPop’s plans in Spain. The article truly does cast light on the brilliance of the company.

To be an attorney in New York City requires one to be disciplined and dedicated to their line of duty. Therefore, before hiring an attorney to represent you in court ensure they have a commendable reputation.
Winning several cases is not the only description that makes a great attorney as their community participation abilities, it too plays a part. One New York based attorney Ross Abelow demonstrates both aspects too well. He practices his career focusing on the entertainment and divorce law business with a personal touch of excellence.
Besides matters of the court, Ross Abelow is a philanthropist. Earlier this year, he launched a Go Fund Me campaign which was aimed at providing the necessary resources to shelters that care for homeless animals in New York City by raising $5000. He is respected throughout the city as he has represented the best entertainers in the business through successful court cases and has been the voice of reason to several couples undergoing divorce. His success could be attributed to his flexibility in various law areas and perhaps his light touch; which eases up negotiation processes.
Writing is a passion for this talented lawyer; he actively writes posts on his personal blog and also contributes to a number of other legal blogs. Ross Abelow has active social media accounts on sites such as Facebook and Mashable. He regularly interacts with his audience and often lends a helping hand to people facing devastating legal issues. In an interview on Mobile World Live, Nicholas Constantinopoulos, President of FreedomPop, talked to interviewer Kavit Majithia about his company’s recent launch into the UK, a second test market after the launch in the US. Majithia was curious about how this launch was received by other operators in European markets. Constantinopoulos explained that the successful launches alleviated worries by some 25 markets in Europe; now that FreedomPop has proved it can make a profit, it is no longer looked at with suspicion.
This conversion proves the company can be profitable giving its customers free data; profits are made by selling equipment. Constantinopoulos’s feeling is that now that he has shown his company’s plan can work in developed markets, the company can move into undeveloped markets.
